Why you should listen to me

I want to show you why you should listen to me. Not because I'm smarter than you. I'm not. I'm a high school graduate who got some college and got lucky enough to be raised in a family that did big federal construction contracts.

There's no difference between me and you. It's a knowledge gap.

I know how to find, bid, negotiate, and perform federal work. You haven't been taught it yet. That's the whole difference.

Here's what I tell contractors on a Zoom.

"If you go out tomorrow and you get $100,000 contract and you go back to your office and you put it in your filing cabinet, can anybody in the whole wide world legally walk into your office, open up your filing cabinet and go, holy shit, you got $100,000 contract? … The answer is no, because that's private. But every federal contract is public information."

That's the difference. Your contracts are private. Federal contracts are public. And every federal contract my clients have won is public too.

You can lie to me. I can't lie to you. Your work is private. My clients' work is public.

That's what gcexperts.com/proof is for. It is not a testimonial page full of quotes I wrote. It is a page where you can see the videos, then click a red button under each one and go straight to that client's public profile on the government's own website. Our clients have won more than $657 million in federal awards over their careers. Thirteen of them have a card on the page right now that takes you straight to the government's record. Pick any card. That's a contractor who learned to find, bid, negotiate, and perform this work. You do not have to take my word for any of it.

That is what I mean by indisputable proof. Not my word. The government's record.

I have been doing this a long time. I don't need to sell you anything. What I need is for you to decide whether I'm telling the truth, using the government's records instead of my word.

If you want to check, go to gcexperts.com/proof. Pick a name. Watch the video. Click the red button. Look at the awards on USASpending.gov. Then come back and tell me what you think.

And if you want to know how this works for you — how to find the work, bid it, negotiate it, and perform it — book a Zoom with me. I'll answer your questions. That's what the call is for.

P.S. The proof page shows public federal award records. The awards belong to the clients, not to GC Experts, and the page says so. That is the point: I am not asking you to trust a claim. I am asking you to read the record.
