We also collect online identifiers and browsing activity, such as cookie and device identifiers, the pages you view, and a lead event that carries an identifier for the lead. We use this information for analytics and, with your marketing consent, for advertising. We disclose it to advertising and analytics partners, including Google Analytics and Meta (the Meta Pixel), which may use it for their own purposes; under California law, that can be a "sale" or a "share." To opt out, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link or send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour.
We keep each category of personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this notice and our Privacy Policy. Our retention criteria are: (1) contact and lead information, which includes customer records, is kept while we provide the workshop or information you requested and for our follow-up with you. We do not currently apply a fixed retention period to these records. The related booking record, the payment and transaction records described in (2), and the copies described in (5) are kept separately from the contact record and are not deleted when the contact record is deleted. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, and we will respond as required by law. (2) Order, payment and transaction information, and the related booking records, are kept at least for the periods required for tax, accounting, chargeback and dispute-resolution purposes; identifying fields in our checkout log are redacted after 30 days and non-identifying transaction metadata is kept for up to 13 months, and Stripe retains payment details under its own terms. (3) Online identifiers and browsing data are kept for the periods we configure in Google Analytics (currently two months for event data and fourteen months for user data), and Meta retains information it receives under its own terms and for its own periods. (4) Opt-out and consent records are kept for six years so we can honour your choice. (5) Information may be kept longer where the law requires it, to enforce our agreements, or to resolve a complaint. Information may also remain in backup and disaster-recovery copies, which we do not edit individually; those copies are retained under our backup practice and are not used for any other purpose.

All federal contractors are required to be registered at SAM.gov. You can do this yourself, but it's a one-time thing. It will take you about 20 hours over two weeks, and if you mess it up, you're going to need to hire an expert to fix it. And it will cost more. That said, GCExperts does SAM registrations faster than anyone. If you are already registered in SAM, and have a CAGE code, obviously ignore this.
