1. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the GCExperts membership program, the associated workshops, and any products, tools, templates, reports, paperwork, technology, and services (together, the "Services") offered through gcexperts.com by GCExperts / Reitmeyer & Associates, Inc. ("GCExperts," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering for a membership, a workshop, or any Service, you (the "Member," "Attendee," or "you") signify your acceptance of, and obligation to, these Terms. If you object to any part of these Terms, do not register for, purchase, or use the Services.

2. Membership Levels

GCExperts offers two membership levels, selected at checkout:

• Monthly Membership — $597 per month. Includes full access to all tools, templates, and technology, and to GC Law. You may cancel anytime; if you cancel within the first 14 days, you receive a full refund.
• Annual Membership — $5,300 per year. Includes the same access and benefits as the Monthly Membership, including GC Law. Billed annually, the annual price is two months less than paying monthly for a full year.

GC Law is included in both levels. The two levels differ only in billing frequency; they otherwise provide the same access and benefits.

3. Term and Access

While this agreement is active you will have full access to members only area of the members-only website ("GCExperts.com/membership"). When a membership lapses, expires, or is cancelled, that access ends, and the member no longer has use of the members-only area or the tools, templates, and technology made available through the program.

Re-Entry After Lapse or Cancellation. If a membership lapses, expires, or is cancelled, and the former member later wishes to rejoin, the member must pay one full year of membership fees in advance, at the then-current annual rate, before access is restored. Re-entry fees are non-refundable and are earned at the point of sale, consistent with Section 5 below.

4. Services Provided

During the active term of a membership, the Services include:

• BidTrakker Reports delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays by the close of business, and no later than noon the following day;
• Phone and email support during business hours; and
• Delivery of any proprietary product agreed to at sign-up (sometimes known as the "Secret Special"), such as a special report, GC Law, or another product agreed at the workshop or at sign-up.

5. Fees; Non-Refundable

All Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership fees are earned at the point of sale, and once a member has access to the tools, templates, and technology, there is no way to return that access.

Sean Reitmeyer's individual time is billed separately at $1,500.00 per day plus expenses, and is not included in any membership level.

6. Attendee Conduct

For any live event or workshop, GCExperts requires all attendees to be respectful and professional toward our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the event, including during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. GCExperts reserves the right to ask an attendee and/or their guests to leave immediately if they are deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In that case, the attendee's tuition or fees will not be reimbursed under any circumstances, and the attendee will not receive any advertised bonuses or qualify for any written or implied guarantee.

7. Liability Waiver

While we take every possible measure to ensure attendee safety, we cannot control everything. Each attendee is responsible for their own safety and behavior, and agrees to the following:

The attendee accepts all risk to their health and of injury or death, and that of any associate they bring, that may result from participation, and releases GCExperts, Doug Reitmeyer, and their officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and representatives from any and all liability for loss of or damage to property, and for any illness or injury to the person, including death, that may result from or occur during participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GCExperts, Doug Reitmeyer, and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from the attendee's negligent or intentional act or omission. The attendee consents to emergency medical treatment if required and is financially responsible for any resulting medical or legal bills.

8. No Professional Advice

The information contained in or made available through the Services cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including legal, financial, medical, or other fields. GCExperts does not offer professional legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and none of the information provided should be treated as such. Neither GCExperts, Doug Reitmeyer, nor their assigns, sponsors, speakers, partners, contractors, or affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages, including economic loss, that may result from use of, or inability to use, the materials, information, or strategies provided. The Services are provided for educational purposes only, and any information provided may be wrong, outdated, or inapplicable. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results.

9. AI Usage, AI Disclaimer, and Limitation of Liability (GCExperts AI Assistants)

GCExperts uses AI assistants and other AI features to help members work bids, drafts, reports, and related tasks. This section explains the limits of what you can expect from them. It applies to every GCExperts AI assistant and to any other AI feature we make available, in addition to the general disclaimers in the sections above.

9.1 The AI is assistance only; we are not attorneys

The GCExperts AI assistants provide assistance only. Their output is not professional, legal, financial, accounting, tax, or other advice, and no information provided through the AI assistants should be treated as such. We are not attorneys, and neither is the AI. The AI is not your lawyer, your accountant, or your financial adviser. Nothing the AI produces is a legal opinion, and no attorney-client relationship is created. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving your own bids, paperwork, and filings, and for your own decisions and results. Any bid, price, proposal, contract, filing, or other decision you make is yours alone.

9.2 AI output is provided "as is" and "as available"

The GCExperts AI assistants and all AI output are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the AI will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or current, or that it will produce any particular result. AI systems can be wrong: they can invent or "hallucinate" information, omit material facts, and produce content that is outdated, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You should not rely on AI output as a substitute for your own judgment, verification, or professional advice.

9.3 Use at your own risk

You use the AI, and rely on anything it produces, entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for every decision, action, bid, price, filing, or omission you make based on AI output, and for verifying all facts, figures, deadlines, legal requirements, and other information before you rely on it. You agree not to use the AI as the sole basis for any decision that has legal, financial, tax, safety, or contractual consequences.

9.4 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCExperts / Reitmeyer & Associates, Inc., Doug Reitmeyer, Sean Reitmeyer, and each of their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, assigns, and affiliates (together, the "Released Parties") are held harmless and will not be liable to you or anyone else for any loss, harm, damage, cost, expense, claim, demand, or liability of any kind arising out of or relating to the GCExperts AI assistants, any AI output, or your use of, inability to use, or reliance on either. This applies whether the claim sounds in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and includes without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages, and lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost or corrupted data, business interruption, and third-party claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties' total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the AI and AI output will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the AI usage to which the claim relates, and in no event more than the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Hold harmless and indemnity

You agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any claim, demand, action, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) brought by any third party that arises out of or relates to your use of the AI, any AI output, or any decision, bid, price, or result based on either.

9.6 Availability; no fiduciary duty

We are not obligated to monitor, review, correct, or store AI output, and we may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the GCExperts AI assistants or any AI feature at any time. AI output may not be retained or recoverable, and you should keep your own records of anything important. We owe you no fiduciary, professional, or advisory duty in connection with the AI.

9.7 If a limitation cannot be enforced

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of certain damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you. In that case they apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, and nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

The tools, processes, strategies, materials, and information presented through the Services are confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary to GCExperts, and you agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train from the materials without GCExperts' express written permission. Unauthorized use or distribution of these proprietary materials is prohibited, and GCExperts will pursue legal action and full damages to protect its rights.

11. Adult Language

During our events we discuss adult topics relating to personal and professional growth and occasionally use adult or profane language to emphasize a point (never lewd, always with tact and discretion). Attendees who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not attend and will not receive a refund on that basis.

12. Audio/Visual Release

By participating in a live event, you understand that portions of the event may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still or digital photographs. You agree that GCExperts and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs — including your name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph — for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose in any media or format, online or offline, now or hereafter, without further compensation, permission, or notification. All recordings from GCExperts events are the exclusive property of GCExperts. You specifically agree not to record voice or video during an event.

13. Cancellation Policy

Once you register for a workshop or event, we make extensive arrangements and investments in anticipation of your attendance. If you are unable to attend, we will, at our sole discretion, transfer your ticket to someone else or allow you to attend a future event on the same topic.

14. Refund Policy

After you finish the Workshop, should you then decide that Federal Construction is not for you (for any reason or no reason at all), just ask for your money back. We'll give it to you.

This Refund Policy governs any request for a refund of Workshop tuition and prevails over any other provision of these terms, including any condition, deadline, limitation, cap or statement of discretion appearing elsewhere in this document or in any document incorporated by reference.

The refund described here applies only until you join the Membership Program. The Membership Program is a separate product, and it is never required. We sell three things: the Workshop, SAM registration, and the Membership Program.

When you join the Membership Program, you are telling us that you finished the Workshop and that the system is worth acting on, and you are choosing to buy a separate product so you can start putting what you learned to work. Because of that, once you join the Membership Program you are no longer eligible for a refund of your Workshop tuition. There are no refunds after joining the Membership Program, under any circumstances.

15. Earnings Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately represent the Services and their potential to help you grow your business, but there is no guarantee that you will earn any money. Nothing in the Services is a promise or guarantee of earnings, and this is not a "get rich quick" scheme. Your results depend on many factors, including your skill, knowledge, ability, dedication, business savvy, and financial situation, and every construction contract is different. We cannot guarantee your success, income level, or ability to earn revenue. You alone are responsible for your actions and results.

16. Satisfaction Guarantee

Nothing in this section limits or conditions the Refund Policy in Section 14. If the two differ, Section 14 governs.

We guarantee that attendees will be 100% satisfied with a workshop provided they attend the entire event, where satisfaction means the attendee's belief that we delivered what we promised in promoting the event. If you are not satisfied at the conclusion of the event after attending the entire event, and you notify a staff member at the immediate conclusion of the event, we will refund your workshop tuition, subject to returning all course materials and personal notes. Any reimbursement is made within 30 days of the event, at our sole discretion. There are no refunds to the membership program: once an attendee has access to all of the tools, templates, and technology, there is no way to get that back.

17. Right of Refusal

GCExperts reserves the right to cancel any applicant's registration and refund any monies received in full at any time before or during an event if GCExperts, in its sole discretion, deems it in the best interest of the applicant and/or the event. The applicant's sole compensation for being refused or cancelled is the refund.

18. Privacy Policy

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are subject to our Privacy Policy, available at the privacy-policy page linked on this site.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. You agree that any dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms or the Services will be resolved via binding arbitration in the State of Texas in accordance with the policies of the American Arbitration Association. If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms are subject to change at any time and at our sole discretion. Please visit the site regularly for updates.
